Return & Exchange Policy
At WAROODI, every piece is crafted with care and intention. This policy is designed to protect the experience of our clients while maintaining the integrity of our garments.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email our client care team at care@waroodi.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once our Quality Control team confirms the issue, we will:
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Process a refund to your original payment method
Refunds for approved defective / incorrect items are typically processed within 14 working days. In these cases, WAROODI will cover reasonable return shipping costs via our courier partners.
2. Change of Mind, Styling & Size Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a piece may not feel quite right. For change-of-mind cases (including size, color, or personal preference), we offer:
- A WAROODI Store Credit or gift card for the value of the returned item, usable on future purchases.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange:
- You must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, badges, and labels must be fully attached to the garment and packaging. If tags or badges have been removed, the item will be considered non-returnable.
For change-of-mind cases, the client is responsible for all courier charges — including the return shipment and any new shipment for exchanged items. Returns are accepted via our approved courier partners (for example, DHL Express or Aramex), following the instructions provided by our team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perfumes and fragrance products once the packaging seal is broken
- Customized, altered, or personalized garments
- Items purchased as final sale or during exclusive promotional events
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers
- Any item showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, stains, damage, or missing WAROODI tags / badges
4. Return Process & Approvals
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by WAROODI’s Quality Control team. Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 working days for assessment.
Decisions regarding eligibility, condition, and the appropriate resolution (refund for defective items or store credit for change-of-mind cases) are made at our sole discretion and are considered final.
