Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from confirmation. Processing time does not include transit time. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer, and we will inform you of any expected delays.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. WAROODI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. For UAE deliveries, tracking may be available through our local delivery partner. For GCC and international orders, tracking will be available via DHL Express.
Failed Delivery & Returns
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be held for pickup or returned to us. Additional charges for redelivery or return shipping may apply.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including any apartment or suite numbers. WAROODI is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be eligible for delivery to certain countries due to customs regulations. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and discuss alternative arrangements.
Exceptions & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. WAROODI is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs inspections, courier disruptions, strikes, or political events.
