Delivery Regions, Timeframes & Charges
The following information reflects our current standard delivery structure. Any promotional or complimentary shipping offers will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from confirmation. Processing includes payment verification, quality checks, steaming and final preparation for dispatch. During high-demand launches or campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees at checkout, unless clearly stated.
Clients are responsible for any such charges. Unfortunately, WAROODI cannot influence or predict these costs, as they are set by local authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link. You may also use the Track My Order page, where available.

Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unpaid duties or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may be held by the courier or returned to us.
In such cases, we can arrange redelivery once the parcel is received back. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated before reshipping.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including building names, apartment numbers and correct contact details. WAROODI cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products or destinations may be subject to restrictions due to local regulations, courier limitations or customs rules. Where a restriction applies, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options or a refund before dispatching your order.
Exceptions & Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, airline or courier disruptions, strikes or other events outside our control.
In every case, we will support you in opening an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.
