My tracking shows “label created” only — is that normal?
Yes. Because we craft garments per order, the first scan appears when the courier collects your parcel. This typically updates within 12–24 hours after pickup.
I entered the number but nothing shows.
Check you selected the right courier and removed spaces. DHL numbers often start with 3S/JJD/GM or are 10 digits. Aramex numbers are usually 10–12 digits. If still unsure, use the universal tracker above.
