All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or improper use of promotions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally from our operational hubs in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, using premium partners such as DHL Express and Aramex. Estimated delivery times and charges are shown during checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our detailed policy is set out in the Return & Exchange Policy. The summary below is provided for convenience:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within the stated timeframe in our Return & Exchange Policy. Once approved by our Quality Control team, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Change of mind / standard returns: For items that are correct and in good condition but you no longer wish to keep, we do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as a WAROODI store credit or gift card, which can be used towards future purchases and is typically valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.
• Condition of returned items: Returned pieces must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, badges, and packaging fully intact. Items with removed or tampered labels, signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage caused after delivery will be considered non-returnable.
• Courier charges: For change-of-mind returns or size/style exchanges, customers are responsible for all courier costs, including both outbound and return shipping, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or fulfilment error.
